Meet Kate

With over 25 years on the professional stage and more than a decade of teaching, I bridge the worlds of classic ballet discipline and modern body health.

A graduate of the Moscow State Institute of Culture with specialization in the Vaganova method, I have also worked with top artists of the Bolshoi Theatre on rehabilitation and recovery. I understand exactly how your muscles work.

I work specifically with adults who think they are "too stiff," "too old," or "not shaped for dance." My approach is individual, precise, and completely secure.

Physiologically Safe Training Adjusted precisely for adult bones, knees, and spines.
Professional Equipment For in-home lessons, I bring a portable ballet barre and fitness mats.
100% Privacy Custom sessions. No public mirrors, comparison with others, or rushes.

Yes, ballet is for you

Let's dissolve the doubts that keep many adults away from experiencing classical dance.

I'm not flexible at all

Flexibility is the _result_ of ballet, never the entry card. We build your mobility safely and incrementally.

I think I am too old

My students successfully start at 35, 45, and even 62. The neural benefits and grace do not expire with age.

I don't have a "ballet body"

Ballet is for every architecture of the body. True elegance is built on alignment and posture, not your dress size.

I have physical traumas

As a specialist in stage rehabilitation, I know how to modify every movement. We work strictly within safe zones.

I'll feel silly or judged

Our private classes guarantee absolute safety: no group peers, no mirrors, no stage pressure. Just you and me.

No time for travel

With our travel lessons, I bring the studio directly to your house. Alternatively, online classes save 100% of commute.

Questions & Answers

Everything you need to know before your first step.

What should I wear for my first private class?
Any gym clothing that allows easy motion: comfortable leggings, a breathable fitted t-shirt, and thick socks or bare feet. Professional ballet slippers are great but completely optional for starters!
Do I need flexibility before starting?
Absolutely not. This is a common myth. Flexibility is a gradual, biological byproduct of correct ballet alignment and movement, developed entirely by proper training.
Is age 60 limit too late to begin classical ballet?
Certainly not. Ballet teaches beautiful coordination, preserves memory, enhances bone density, and reinforces safe daily locomotion. We customize pace explicitly to support your joints.
Is there an extra charge if I train with a partner?
No. All in-studio and in-home lessons can be shared with a close friend, partner, or sibling without paying extra. It’s a wonderful joint hobby!
How do online sessions feel compared to in-person?
Online classes are highly customized. I observe you continuously on screen, demonstrating posture adaptations. You only need a stable chair (to serve as your temporary barre) and a clear space.
